Bradley & Renée Scope out His New House

After spending a few snowy days at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, Bradley Cooper and girlfriend Renée Zellweger were spotted back in Los Angeles Tuesday scoping out the Hangover star’s newly purchased $4.7 million home in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
The actor and Zellweger were first spotted checking out the house together in November.
Though Cooper, 35, was the only person to sign on the dotted line, Zellweger, 40, has been bunking with him at his Venice, Calif., pad, and according to the source, she loves Cooper’s new place and is planning on staying there when she’s in L.A. – Pernilla Cedenheim and Nicole Sia
