Hope for Haiti telethon

Renee Zellweger will be joined by fellow A-list stars, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt and many more, for George Clooney’s ‘Hope for Haiti’ telethon. The telethon will be hosted by Clooney (in Los Angeles) and Wyclef Jean (in New York) and it will air this Friday January 22. Networks showing the telethon are ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1 and CMT. The show is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern time and will run commercial-free. There will also be musical performances, in addition to celebrity appearances. All proceeds will go to these organizations: Oxfam America, Partners in Health, Red Cross, UNICEF and Yele Haiti Foundation.
